More About the Class
Who is this class for?
This class is available to any LGBTQ+, trans, gay, queer or gender-diverse community members – or anyone who identifies as an ally or friend to the queer community.
What is the focus of the class?
This will be a gentle class appropriate to any “level” of experience. We have plenty of props (including chairs) and trained instructors to help support you through our practice.
Little Switch already has several more vigorous, strength-building classes. This particular class will be gentle, down-regulating, and trauma-informed. We are looking forward to providing this healing modality to the community.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, please. This helps us keep the class safe as well as helps the instructor plan. If you do have to cancel, please do so at least 24-48 hours in advance out of respect for other attendees.
Who is Agni, and what are their qualifications?
Agni Hogaboom is a nonbinary artist and activist, a forth-generation resident of Grays Harbor. They are a RYT200 with over 400 hours of experience teaching, and currently enrolled in a Masters of Engaged Jain Studies program with Arihanta Institute and Claremont Theological School.
Can I attend class if I miss the first session?
Of course! You can sign up for the series, or drop-in. If you’d like to sign up for the series, reach out to Agni directly through this link. Be prepared to make your series sliding scale payment, and Agni will add you to the series. This will be quick and easy!
I cannot afford class. Do you have scholarships available?
Please reach out directly via email to get in touch with Agni, and we can make these arrangements. No one will be turned away for lack of funds to attend.
Please make sure to read the Code of Conduct.

Agni has been practicing yoga since 2002 – over twenty years! Their first class was in the basement of a gym in Port Townsend, Washington. They even remember their first Downward Dog!
Whether you are here to get a workout, a “work in”, whether you want to feel better in your body and mind – or a little of all the above! – Agni has something to share.
