Wednesday Mobility & Longevity

Mobility and Longevity is Agni’s own special-sauce class, working on warm-ups, stretches – and let’s be honest, some BIG MOVES to get you nice and juicy!

Remember: mobility is TIED to longevity. The more we can move and the stronger our social ties, the more life expectancy we can hope for.

Previous yoga experience recommended, but not required. Dress comfortably and in layers to help regulate your temperature!

All abilities, ages and experience levels are encouraged to attend!

My name is Agni, and I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002 – over twenty years! My first class was in the basement of a gym in Port Townsend, Washington. I even remember my first Downward Dog!

Whether you are here to get a workout, a “work in”, whether you want to feel better in your body and mind – or a little of all the above! – I have something to share.
