Interested in diving a bit deeper into yoga? Please come to our first-ever prānāyāma classe: 💨
As you may know, Agni is enrolled in the graduate level, studying yoga history and techniques. They are bringing their studies of the 15th century Hathayogapradipika to a primer on breath work. These practices, which extend back millennia, are rich with meaning and potentiality. While an hour long class is not nearly enough to even begin a deep study, we would like to provide background, context, and a few simple but powerful exercises to help your sleep, brain function, and nervous system.

Members, all these offerings are at no cost to you.
Some of our Members choose to enroll and pay fees, as a way to continue to support Little Switch. We always appreciate that generosity. But know that as Members, we at Little Switch work quite tirelessly to provide you programming, and we very much would like you to take advantage of it!
Thank you so much, for helping make our Little Switch project thrive.
