Sunday Group Class

Sunday group class is an all-ages, all-abilities, all-levels yoga class emphasizing strength, mobility and the Eight Limbs of Yoga. We typically warm up safely, employ pranayama (breath practices) and engage in strengthening yoga asana (poses).

While Sunday is not a flow class, we sometimes incorporate some yoga flow.

You are encouraged to stay after class if you have questions about specific asana and/or how to best participate.

All abilities, ages and experience levels are encouraged to attend!

My name is Agni, and I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002 – over twenty years! My first class was in the basement of a gym in Port Townsend, Washington. I even remember my first Downward Dog!

Whether you are here to get a workout, a “work in”, whether you want to feel better in your body and mind – or a little of all the above! – I have something to share.
