Spring Flow Series

I asked what you wanted, and the resounding answer was – FLOW!

We’ll be hosting this spring series on Tuesdays from 5:20 PM to 6:20 PM April 16 through May 28. 

(The scheduler says 5:15 to 6:30 but I assure you, class time is 5:20 to 6:20).

So flow (sometimes called Vinyasa) is a swift-moving class that moves through repetitions of asana. While anyone is welcome, you might find yourself frustrated unless you are familiar with common asana, and can get up and down from the ground with relative ease.

You can reserve the whole series OR just come to specific dates of the series.

There is no fee for Members. For non-members, you can reserve your spot for $20 per session or book the whole series for $120 ($140 value).

My name is Agni, and I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002 – over twenty years! My first class was in the basement of a gym in Port Townsend, Washington. I even remember my first Downward Dog!

Whether you are here to get a workout, a “work in”, whether you want to feel better in your body and mind – or a little of all the above! – I have something to share.

Please do bring your mat – but if you do not have one, we have mats on site.

Dress comfortably in layers to help regulate temperature.
